Founder
Dan has spent his career in commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment, building Dan Hart Refrigeration into a name operator across central and east Alabama known by reputation. He's known for straight answers, deep technical knowledge, and a standard he hasn't bent in decades: recommend what the customer actually needs, even when it costs less. Today he stays hands-on with bids, estimates, and the design side of the work.

JOSH FIELDS
Founder
Josh has been with Dan Hart Refrigeration since 2000 and is increasingly the person customers work with day to day. He's a top Manitowoc ice machine representative in the Southeast and is known for being responsive and deliberate, taking the time to assess a job and come back with the right answer rather than the fast one. When a customer calls early or late, Josh tends to be the one who picks up.
BYRON PRATHER
Tech
Byron has been part of the Dan Hart Refrigeration team for years, with a stretch serving as a local fire chief in between. He works alongside Dan and Josh on installs and service.
